Dylan attended the Cognitive Neuroscience of Memory: The Recollection, Familiarity, and Novelty Detection Conference in Liège, Belgium on October 3-4, 2019. This conference provided an excellent opportunity to showcase the preliminary results from our study using a poster format. During the poster session, Dylan received a lot of positive feedback and questions from other researchers. A number of oral presentations were also presented by professors and graduate students, and lively discussions took place. Dylan was able to do some excellent networking, and plans to keep in touch with the other researchers about our research progress. Overall, this international conference helped introduce the early stages of our results, and provided an excellent opportunity to build connections with people from around the world.
